1804: LUKAS ADEBAHR

Every time I visit this place in the middle of the English garden park I am overwhelmed: it's so calm and cosy. 1804 is great not only as a special night out or candlelight dinner for two, but as well for a nice casual dining evening after a long day of work.

Lukas Adebahr has previously worked in Tantris, Werneckhof and Restaurant Herzog. He created a special atmosphere in his kitchen: calm and focused. Just the classical music audio track is missing, would be perfect for an advertisement.

Lukas likes to experiment with already known rtaditional flavours, that makes you feel you are eating something your grandparents would cook for a festive family dinner. But then something unexpected kicks in: either a fermented khaki, or a playful seeet and sour note in your celeriac dish.

I love fine dining that feels like home. Flavours you can understand and surely once tried, interior that is not too official and service that feels like they've known you for a long time, while watching if your glass is full enough.

The food has a modern twist but still comes with a traditional Bavarian flavour.

The staff is very attentive, great selection of wines, the atmosphere is cosy and I cannot wait to spend time on their terrace in summer enjoying the new creations of their kitchen team!

I would recommend this restaurant not only for a romantic dinner, but also for team events and family celebrations.
