Certain flavour combinations are still on my mind, like: liquorice and duck liver with mango, green apple gazpacho.

Just take a closer look at the tableware! I’ve been noticing similar plates that different restaurants use, but these are incomparable with anything I have seen before. The dishes immediately become a special part of the experience.
