After visiting two Michelin-starred restaurant Spondi last autumn, and not being overly impressed, the expectations for Athen’s fine dining scene were muted at best.
In a cosy courtyard with a large green tree in the middle, we were invited on a unique culinary journey by CTC Urban Gastronomy.
I chose wine pairing that included Greek wines and I I really liked the sommelier and his suggestions. It’s a second person that shines after the head chef, so I already knew I will love it after the first dish of the blind menu.
It’s highly appreciated when menu is constructed specifically for you and you notice that every wish is taken on board. This restaurant stole my heart right away and I’ll make sure I visit CTC each time I’m in Athens.
