JULES COOKING: ONE INGREDIENT FINE DINING DISH

If I decide to cook something special - I always find recipes on JULES COOKING.

This time my eyes focues on this beautiful carrot dish. Vegetarian, "head to tail" mosaic carrot. I had a lot of fun preparing it and I must say the process is very meditating. Can totally recommend this recipe if you are a vegetarian, if you love cooking or if you want to try cooking a fine dining dish.
