Beautiful sunsets, traditional food with a modern twist and sparkling wine from Poiana winery.
Recommend to try seasonal menu by a chef Andrei Petrenko, that is filled with his grandparent's stories and flavour of the soviet childhood. Like a crunchy part of bread from a local bakery that all kids liked to eat on the way home, or fried polenta sticks that all families did exactly the same next day after cooking a whole pot for a big family.
The chef focuses on locally grown vegetables, drives around the villages and collects best flavours to present them in his restaurant: home made smantina (sour cream), pickles, fish frfom local fisherman, strawberries fro family owned fields and so on.
